Worth the price

This is the third 'ergonomic chair' I've purchased and will probably be the last until it breaks down on me. I bought this as a more comfortable chair for working remote at home and gaming. Mild mistake since I fall asleep in it frequently its so comfortable.

Decent

I wish the seat was a bit wider but besides that its not bad at all and assembly was pretty easy besides one screw but it holds together even with it all wacky

Doing good after a year and a half

When I first got this chair, I had a hard time assembling it. It was not a great experience. Customer service proactively contacted me and went over and above to help. Like, reeeaaallly over and above. Since then, the experience has been nothing but great. I don't actually use the pull-out leg rest so I can't really comment on that, but the rest of the chair is holding up really well. It's pretty comfortable, support-wise. I do find the seat itself to be kind of hard (that's a me-issue, btw), so I added a Purple butt cushion and life is good. I'm only 5 ft tall, and this "big and tall" chair still works fine for me. There are plenty of adjustments for the arms, chair height, and back angle. I do have to adjust the sliding back and headrest pieces often, as they have a way of migrating downward. The upholstery has held up perfectly. I'm happy to give it five stars for the proactive customer service and for the fact that the chair still looks and acts like new.The only issue that I've experienced is that the armrests have developed a weird side-to-side wobble that seems to be getting worse. I'm not sure how to do it, but I suspect there's a way to tighten some screws inside the armrest itself. It's not the support of the arm, but the actual thing on top. And now that I think about it, there is also a really minor issue that I've experienced: the logo stitching on the headrest pillow tugs at my hair. Weird, right? It's not a deal breaker. I resolved it a long time ago by putting a cover over it.
