I've had this chair for about half a year now- Amazing chair but has a few flaws
- Recently has started lowering itself when I sit down sometimes (Not sure why or how to fix it, I've checked the mechanism thrice over)
- Screws come loose sometimes (But are easy to just screw back in)
- Head rest may be a bit low / doesn't stay where it has to be as the straps are too long. (I'm 5'4 but it tends to hang below my shoulders and I prefer it at neck height)
There is ofcourse some good points too
+ Super comfortable, foot rest is sturdy and I've slept in the chair before
+ Lumbar rest is supportive and has helped me with my back pain (Love the vibration function lol)
+ Holds heavier people (I weighed about 110kg when I got the chair, I have lost some now but just proving the point)
Aside from the lowering itself and the screws loosening sometimes, I have not found a single problem and I absolutely love this chair. Best chair I've had in years.

Since I got all white, the chair does get a little dirty quick, so looking into a chair cover is probably my next step.
The cushion is comfortable and the features are all great.
It’s nice and all but it feels very small def for kids and teens not adults. Easy to put together. Soft and comfy. Just so, so small lol.
