SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Dowinx has 8 independent warehouses in Germany and 6 independent warehouses in the UK. These warehouses undertake the task of delivering to all of Europe.

1. Delivery costs
We have already implemented free logistics and delivery services in most areas close to Germany, such as Germany, the UK, France, and Italy. (Except for remote areas of these countries)
The actual delivery cost will be calculated by the system automatically calculating the nearest warehouse address when placing an order.

2. Delivery area
Dowinx EU currently has delivery areas in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Estonia, and Sweden. Other European regions will also be open for delivery in the second half of 2024.

3. Delivery method
The estimated delivery time is 2-7 working days, depending on the distance to the area.

4. Shipping time
Under normal circumstances, we promise to ship within 24 hours (working days) after receiving the order, and your order may take up to 2 working days to process.

5. Shipping tracking
The package information will be sent immediately after delivery, and you can check the logistics information and product arrival time at any time. 95% of our orders are delivered within 2-7 working days.

6. Shipping Damage
If the chair you received is damaged during transportation. You just need to contact us and we will immediately arrange to resend the package or refund you in full.
