Dowinx Warranty (European Market Only)

Dowinx is a brand that values ​​transparency and building good relationships with our valued customers. Therefore, we have an unconditional warranty policy for all customers.

If your Dowinx product is damaged, malfunctions or has any problems for any reason, Dowinx will bear full responsibility for your product within 2 years from the date of purchase. Dowinx VIP Member will have an additional one-year quality guarantee service.

All DOWINX customers are eligible for our unconditional warranty immediately after purchase. If you have any questions whether your product is still under warranty, please email eu@dowinx.com and ask about your warranty status. We will ask you to provide:

Your full name
Your order number
Your address
For:
Missing parts at delivery;
Parts damaged at delivery or within the 2-year warranty period;
Not as described in the applicable sales contract at delivery;

Major parts should include: pillow, cushion, armrest, base, wheels, etc.
