The chair completely exceeded my expectations. Even after sitting on it for hours, I sometimes think, “wow, this chair is effing comfortable.” The leather and overall design give me the feeling that I should be in a boardroom discussing fishing rights between Norway and England or deciding the next market segment of a successful shipping manufacturer—as the CEO.
You can really tell that someone in an office genuinely thought about every detail when designing the chair. Every part feels well thought out—high quality, practical, and intelligently designed. Nothing about it feels cheap or rushed; it feels like a product made by people who actually cared. Maybe except the armchair part, that is a bit wobbly but still overall stable.
The only real small downside was the slow shipping time, but even that wasn’t really the company’s fault—it was the delivery service. Customer support was excellent throughout, responsive and helpful.
