Stylish and ergonomic, but…

The chair is extremely stylish, but most importantly, sustains well both the back and the neck. It’s quite comfy, but the only downfall (that’s why I gave 4 stars) is that the massaging cushion broke in about a week of mild usage. Now it won’t turn on at all, so it’s just a regular cushion for your lower back. Except that the chair is both high-quality and extremely comfy!
