I’ve been looking for the right chair for a little while now and this one is perfect! What caught my eye was the price and the look. Reminds me of a really nice chair you’d get for $500 or more but not nearly as pricey! It was easy to assemble, everything was almost perfect except for a few messed up screws, but they were really not bad just needed some messing with to get them in. I have awful lower back issues and this chair feels amazing to sit in with the cushion and the massage feature. Highly recommend!

Great and worth the money
It’s a great great chair it is comfortable and I love the pullout for your legs. I like the lumbar for my back and I can’t wait to try out the message. The only complaint I have is it is closed in a little, and the arm rests im so use to the moving of up and down but I do love it the fit, height, and look.

I am editing this review to 5 stars as the company contacted me and they sent me another chair at no cost to me. They made this right. I didn’t expect they would. Thank you very much Dowinx. Your customer service is grade A 5 stars!Look at the seat cushion. Someone put it together for me and the box was thrown away so when I saw it I contacted the seller who offered me 25$. I asked them to send me a new chair and I would return this one in the box of the new one. No response. Can’t believe I paid anything for this chair.
